Muskaan Chopra is a very enthusiastic researcher and technical writer currently working in the field of Data Science and Machine Learning.

CCET ACM Student Chapter featured on ACM India Website

CCET ACM Student Chapter was featured on the official website of ACM India as the “Chapter of the Month” for reporting the highest amount of activities in the month of December and was highlighted the best among the 195 student chapters all over India.... This was all done by the student members with the guidance of our Faculty Mentor Dr. Sunil K. Singh (HoD,CSE, CCET) and Faculty Sponsor Sudhakar Kumar and we hope to rise more and perform better.

Best paper award at International Conference on Smart Systems and Advanced Computing (SysCom 2021)

Sudhakar Kumar, Faculty Sponsor CCET ACM Student Chapter, won the BEST PAPER AWARD for his paper entitled "Efficient Speculative Parallelization Architecture for Overcoming Speculation Overheads" ... which was published in the International Conference on Smart Systems and Advance Compuitng (SysCom 2021) organized during December 26-27,2021 in New Delhi, India (Online Mode). The paper was written under the guidance of Dr. Sunil K. Singh and Naveen Aggarwal and was co-authored by Kriti Aggarwal.

CTiS 2021 Conference

CTis (Computational Thinking in Schools) is an Annual Computational Thinking Conference organised by ACM India (Association of Computing Machinery) and the CSpathshala community. It aims to bring together teachers, educators and researchers tod iscuss issues of curriculum, pedagogy, policy and implementation, related to bringing ... computational thinking to schools. Faculty Sponsor CCET ACM student chapter Sudhakar Kumar participated in this conference and was awarded with the Certificate of participation.

ACM Summer School 2021

Compilers are pervasive and critical for any software application to execute on any Computer System. Sudhakar Kumar was one of the top 50 students selected for summer school. This summer school aims at provid- ing you a foundation in the theory and practice of optimizing compilers. Dr. Sunil K. Singh, Professor and HOD,CSE Department and Faculty Mentor... , CASC, played a crucial role in guiding the above achievement. Different Industry Persons from NVIDIA, Pune, IISc Bangalore, IIT Madras, IIT Hyder- abad, and IIT Bombay showered their knowledge on different aspects including Compiler optimizations, Interfacing with program execution, and Program Analysis.

ACM SIGKDD India Chapter (IKDD) Student Ninja

To help the community grow among next-generation AI/ML/DS enthusiasts, ACM SIGKDD India Chapter (IKDD) selected Ninjas from the country to build a team of passionate students to take leadership roles in organizing activities for the interest of the community, as well as creating and running new periodic programs such as webinars, (virtual) meet-ups,... Annual ML/Data Science Schools, etc. Muskaan Chopra, UG Scholar (CSE 2019-23), Membership Chair (2020-2021) was among the top 6 students selected from UG, PG, and Ph.D. courses in India as a part of the Inaugural Student Ninja Board. IKDD, the professional chapter of SIGKDD in India, was established as a part of ACM India in 2011 to build and strengthen interest and expertise in the theory and applications of artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, databases, data mining, and their related areas.

ACM Summer School 2021

Anshul Gupta, Chair, CCET ACM Student Chapter 2021 was among the top50 students who were selected for the ACM Summer School 2021. The school lasted for 12 days in virtual mode and focused on the broader aspect of Natural Language Processing. Different Industry Persons from Microsoft Research, IIIT Hyderabad, IIT Gandhinagar, and IIT Bombay showered their knowledge on different aspects... including Introduction to NLP, Python for NLP, ML for NLP, NLP tools, Language modeling, Shallow parsing, Advanced NLP, DL for NLP, Meaning representation, Global vectors, Contextual vectors, BERT and associated models, Application, Machine translation, Information extraction and question answering, Information retrieval,and Text summarization. It also discussed the current state-of-the-art research challenges and opportunities, and future trends. A salient aspect of this school is to emphasize hands-on sessions with suitable case studies.

ACM India Winter School 2020-21 on NLP
